Fish Breading
It's not too often that you see Hutch endorse a product, but he has found one here that his taste buds have fallen for. It's called Season's Coating Mix. There are 3 different flavors of fish breading to choose from: Original, Garlic, and Parmesan and Italian.
The Original has a nice mild taste that enhances the flavor of fish or any other meat, poultry, or vegtable that you cook with. The Italian has a nice little "kick" to it — it doesn't burn your taste buds, but it has a nice spicy Italian flavor.
The Garlic and Parmesan is by far Hutch's personal favorite. It really enhances the taste of fish without hiding the true taste. It's difficult to put into words but you still taste the fish and at the same time have a little garlic and parmesan flavor as well.
Another favorite of Hutch's is to simply bread a boneless chicken breast with the seasoning and baking it or frying it in a pan. You won't be disappointed!
Try sprinkling some of this on top of popcorn, too — we're not kidding you, it's GREAT!
